Welcome to Andrew Garden ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using andrewgarden.com — including browsing content, purchasing products, streaming or accessing podcast episodes, or creating an account — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the site. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the site or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
We operate under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and the European Union.

Physical merchandise including branded T-shirts, accessories, and limited items related to Andrew Garden and CENSOREDx.
User Accounts
To purchase from our shop or access certain features, you may need to create an account. By creating an account, you agree to:

- Maintain the security of your password. We recommend a strong, unique password.

Shop, Orders & Payments
Products
We sell physical merchandise (branded T-shirts, accessories, and similar items). Product descriptions, images, and sizes are provided in good faith. Colours may vary slightly from screen to screen due to monitor calibration.
Pricing & VAT
All prices displayed include applicable VAT and are shown in Euros (€). We are transparent about our pricing — the amount shown is the total you pay including all fees. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time before an order is confirmed.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. By placing an order you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. We do not store your card details. All transactions are encrypted via TLS.
Shipping
We ship primarily within Cyprus and the EU. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
Under EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery for most physical goods, without giving any reason. To initiate a return, email [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, at your cost. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Custom or personalised items are exempt from the right of withdrawal unless they are defective.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
Podcast & Creative Content
CENSOREDx episodes are available to stream freely on YouTube and Spotify. By accessing this content you agree to:
- Use the content for personal, non-commercial listening/viewing only.
- Not download, redistribute, re-upload, or monetise any episode without prior written permission.
- Not use episode content to train AI/ML models without written consent.
Blog posts, project write-ups, and all written content on the site are similarly protected by copyright. Short quotations with attribution are permitted under fair use principles; reproduction of entire articles is not.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, podcast episodes, audio recordings, artwork, logos, the CENSOREDx brand identity, and merchandise designs — is the exclusive intellectual property of Andrew Garden or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without our express written permission. The CENSOREDx name, logo, and brand assets may not be used in any context without written authorisation.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The site and all content, products, and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Andrew Garden shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or relating to your use of the site or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €50, whichever is greater.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the site at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the site ceases immediately. Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and, where applicable, European Union law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under EU law to seek redress in your country of residence.
